In 2020, Indonesia's Ministry of Agriculture (KEMENTAN) aimed to boost the digital transformation of UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) to facilitate the distribution of local food products nationwide. This initiative aim to establish a new sales channel in the era of Economy 4.0 by leveraging digital technologies. 

SOLUTIONS

  1. Develop Tokopedia marketplace account and craft a unique brand identity for UMKM on the marketplace.
  2. Set up online business training program to enhance digital skills through interactive online training. 

RESULTS

Achieved 20 Tokopedia account establishments for UMKM and successfully trained 97 owners nationwide, enhancing their knowledge in 5 main pillars:
