BAPPENAS and BPS carried a program called REGSOSEK, population welfare database that is part of the Social Protection System Reform to realize the vision of SATU DATA INDONESIA which functions to help the government carry out various programs in an integrated manner. 

SOLUTIONS

  • Proposed a microsite as an information hub for public to access the program.
  • Integrate a CRM to accommodate any queries regarding the program.
  • Publication on trace and media coverage of REGSOSEK activities and its achievements 

RESULTS

  • Interactive Maps on coverage Year to Date on the data collected by regions nationwide.
  • Integrated system to BPS and Sepakat program for further information to access to public.
  • All-in-One CRM dashboard to respond inquiries via web or Whatsapp by the agent assigned.
